Take I-10 East to the 610 South loop. Exit at Wallisville Road and turn east. Left on Hillsboro Street. Yard is on the left after the second driveway.
~15 min without trafficTake 610 North to Clinton Drive. East on Clinton for 2.3 miles, then right on Federal Road. Left on Hillsboro. Yard is on the right past the railroad tracks.
~12 min from ChannelviewTake I-45 North to I-10 East, then 610 South as above. Total drive is 22 minutes without traffic; 40 minutes in rush hour.
~22 minVisitor parking is directly in front of the office — six spaces marked VISITOR. Don't park in the yard or in front of the blast bays. Check in at the office before walking the yard.
Coating failures, spill-zone cleanups, and unplanned shutdown windows don't wait for business hours. Our emergency response unit is kept in a ready state — pre-loaded media, full PPE, driver on call — so we can mobilize within 4 hours of an approved work order in Zone A, 8 hours in Zone B.
The more of this you have on hand, the faster we can get to a real number instead of a range. If you're missing items, that's fine — we can walk through them together.
Steel, aluminum, concrete, cast iron — the substrate determines media and pressure. If you don't know, we can often tell from a photo.
Rust, mill scale, existing paint, powder coat, or unknown. Existing coatings affect both prep time and disposal costs.
Square footage for industrial work, linear feet for structural, panel count for automotive. A rough number is fine — we'll confirm on the site visit.
Site address or nearest intersection. If it's outside the 150-mile radius, mention that early so we can confirm coverage before spending time on scope.
Rough timeline. Rush jobs and shutdown-window jobs are often possible, but scheduling changes the estimate more than any other single factor.
If a coating manufacturer has specified the surface prep, send the spec sheet or the CSP/SP grade. This determines the blast standard exactly.
If the form above doesn't cover what you need, the phone is answered by a person during business hours and the emergency line is monitored around the clock. The yard is open to visitors Monday through Saturday — no appointment required.
