3. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in the limited circumstances described below:
- Service providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, insurance, and accounting. These providers are contractually restricted from using information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
- Project participants — general contractors, coating manufacturers, and other parties directly involved in a project where sharing is necessary to complete the work.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of PrecisionBlast, our clients, our crew, or the public.

- Inquiry and estimate records — 3 years from last contact.
- Project and contract files — 7 years after project completion, matching the longest applicable Texas statute of limitations and coating warranty period.
- Employment records — as required by Texas and federal employment law, typically 4 years after separation.
- Financial and tax records — 7 years, per IRS requirements.
- Website analytics — 26 months rolling.
5. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for our website, access controls on internal systems, employee training on data handling, and periodic review of our practices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will be absolutely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

- Right to know — what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used.
- Right to access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct — correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to delete — deletion of personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to opt out — of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] or write to us at the mailing address below. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, with an extension of up to 45 additional days if reasonably necessary.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Visitors

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of precisionblast.top and your engagement of PrecisionBlast Surface & Coatings Co. ("PrecisionBlast," "we," "us," or "our") for industrial blasting, coating, surface preparation, and related services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use our website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from our website.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
- Use our website to transmit malware or any other harmful code.
Content on our website — text, photographs, graphics, logos, project files, and all other materials — is the property of PrecisionBlast or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
2. Service Engagements
All service engagements are governed by a written estimate or contract that specifies scope, price, schedule, and any project-specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed contract, the signed contract controls.
2.1 Estimates and Quotations
- Estimates are based on conditions observed during a site visit or described to us in writing. If actual conditions differ materially, we will requote before proceeding.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated.
- Estimates do not include work not described in the scope, such as hidden damage, additional panels, or coatings other than those specified.
2.2 Scheduling and Access
- Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the work site during scheduled hours, including any staging areas, utilities, or permits specified in the estimate.
- Delays caused by client-side access restrictions, permit issues, or site conditions may result in additional charges for crew standby or rescheduling.
- Weather delays on outdoor work are managed at our discretion. If a delay is caused by weather on our side, we absorb any additional mobilization costs.
2.3 Payment Terms
- Standard terms are 50% deposit on approval, 50% on completion, net 15 days from invoice, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
- Larger industrial projects may be billed by milestone per the signed contract.
- Late payments are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance or the maximum permitted by Texas law, whichever is lower.
- Client is responsible for any bank fees, wire fees, or credit card processing fees incurred by their chosen payment method.
2.4 Change Orders
Any material change to the scope, schedule, or pricing requires a written change order signed by both parties. Verbal changes are not binding. We will not perform additional work outside the original scope without an executed change order.
3. Warranties
3.1 Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our blast cleaning and coating application workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion against defects arising from our methods, preparation, or application. If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will return and correct the affected area at our cost. This warranty does not cover defects caused by:
- Failure of the coating material itself (covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty).
- Abuse, impact damage, chemical attack, or exposure beyond the coating's rated service environment.
- Alteration of the surface after our work by other parties.
- Conditions disclosed at the time of the estimate as pre-existing or outside our control.
3.2 Materials Warranty
Coating materials are warranted separately by their manufacturers under their own published terms. We will pass through manufacturer warranty terms and assist with claims where reasonable.
3.3 Limitations
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION, PRECISIONBLAST PROVIDES ITS SERVICES "AS IS" AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrecisionBlast's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any service engagement is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or downtime costs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury caused by our negligence.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Disclose the presence of hazardous materials, including but not limited to lead-based paint, asbestos, chromate coatings, or radioactive contamination.
- Provide accurate information about the substrate, existing coatings, and service conditions.
- Obtain any third-party permissions required for the work, including landlord consents or regulatory permits not listed in our scope.
- Remove or protect personal property, vehicles, or equipment in the work area.
- Ensure the site is safe for our crew, including gas-freeing and hot-work permits for confined or hazardous-area work.
6. Insurance
We maintain general liability, umbrella, workers' compensation, and commercial auto insurance. Certificates of insurance naming the client as additional insured are issued on request within one business day. Client agrees to provide us with any site-specific insurance requirements or additional insured endorsements before mobilization.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrecisionBlast, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms or a signed contract; (b) your failure to disclose hazardous materials or site conditions; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) injury or damage caused by your employees, agents, or contractors on a shared site.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or a service engagement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation for a period of at least 30 days. This does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief where appropriate.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement for material breach by the other party with 10 days' written notice and an opportunity to cure. Termination does not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for work completed and materials purchased up to the date of termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will apply to new engagements only; existing engagements are governed by the Terms in effect on the date of the signed contract.

This Cookie Policy explains how PrecisionBlast Surface & Coatings Co. uses cookies and similar technologies on precisionblast.top, what information those technologies collect, and how you can control them.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to the site operators. Cookies can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or "persistent" cookies (stored for a defined period or until you delete them).
2. Cookies We Use
We keep our cookie usage deliberately minimal. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertising networks.
3. Cookies We Do Not Use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Cross-site tracking cookies.
- Social media tracking pixels.
- Fingerprinting or device-graphing technologies.
- Session recording or heat-mapping tools.
4. Third-Party Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. Google Analytics sets the _ga, _gid, and _gat cookies listed above. For information about Google's data practices, see Google's Privacy Policy. We do not enable Google Analytics Advertising Features, remarketing, or demographic reporting.
We also embed an OpenStreetMap iframe on our Service Areas and Contact pages. OpenStreetMap does not set tracking cookies for embedded map views.
5. Your Choices
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner appears asking whether you accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you decline, we do not set analytics or functional cookies — only the strictly necessary pb_cookies consent record is stored.
You can change your decision at any time by:
- Clearing your browser cookies and reloading the site to reset the banner.
- Using your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Every major browser supports this — see your browser's help documentation.
- Using a browser extension that manages cookie behavior globally.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of our website from functioning properly.
6. Do Not Track
Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no industry consensus on how those signals should be interpreted and because we do not track users across third-party websites in any case.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we add or change cookies in a way that materially affects your privacy, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date. We will not add advertising cookies without explicit opt-in consent.

PrecisionBlast Surface & Coatings Co. is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible range of users, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach, the standards we follow, the accessibility features of our website, and how to report accessibility issues.
1. Our Commitment
We believe that a website describing industrial services should be usable by everyone who might need those services — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, high-contrast modes, or other assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time checkbox.
2. Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
3. Accessibility Features on Our Website
- Semantic HTML — proper use of headings, landmarks, lists, and buttons so assistive technologies can navigate the page structure.
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements (links, buttons, forms, dropdowns, modals) are reachable and operable using only a keyboard.
- Visible focus indicators — keyboard focus is clearly visible on all interactive elements.
- Alternative text — meaningful images have descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked so they are skipped by screen readers.
- Form labels — all form fields have explicit labels associated with them, and required fields are clearly marked.
- Color contrast — text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Resizable text — the site uses relative sizing and remains usable when text is zoomed to 200%.
- Reduced motion — animations and transitions respect the user's "prefers-reduced-motion" setting where supported.
- Skip link — a skip-to-content link is available for keyboard and screen reader users.
- ARIA landmarks and roles — used where native HTML semantics are insufficient, following ARIA Authoring Practices.
4. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to address them:
- Interactive map — the coverage map on our Service Areas page relies on a third-party library (Leaflet). Map interactions are inherently difficult for screen reader users. An alternative text list of all covered cities is provided below the map, and the same information is available on the page in a screen-reader-friendly format. If you need assistance with coverage in a specific area, call (713) 674-1414.
- PDF documents — some documentation we provide (e.g., sample project binders or insurance certificates) may not be fully accessible in PDF form. We will provide accessible alternatives (plain text, HTML, or a phone call walkthrough) on request.
- Third-party embedded content — OpenStreetMap iframes on our contact and service-areas pages are controlled by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG standards.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our website is tested with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- NVDA screen reader with Firefox on Windows
- JAWS screen reader with Chrome on Windows
- VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack with Chrome on Android
- Keyboard-only navigation on all major browsers
- Windows High Contrast Mode and forced-color modes
We test on the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and on desktop and mobile viewports.
6. Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
PrecisionBlast Surface & Coatings Co.
Attn: Accessibility Coordinator
8010 Hillsboro Street
Houston, TX 77029
Email: [email protected]
Phone: (713) 674-1414
We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within 3 business days and to provide any requested information in an accessible format within 10 business days.
7. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may request escalation to our Safety & Compliance Officer, who oversees accessibility in addition to safety programs. Escalation requests should be sent in writing to [email protected] with "Accessibility Escalation" in the subject line.
8. Enforcement and Ongoing Review
We review this statement and audit our website against WCAG 2.1 AA on at least an annual basis. When we make significant changes to our website — new interactive features, new page templates, or new third-party embeds — we test those changes for accessibility before launch. Any issues identified in audits or through user feedback are logged and prioritized for correction.
Need the policy in a different format?
Any of these four documents can be provided as a printed copy, a PDF, or a plain-text file on request. We can also walk through any section on a call if you have questions about specific clauses — particularly for contracts on larger projects.
