Mobile on-site blasting
When the asset can't be moved, we bring the shop to it. Our six self-contained rigs carry their own compressor, blast pot, containment framework and media recovery system — so we can set up on a loading dock, in a refinery turnaround zone, or on a barge deck without depending on your site infrastructure.

Powder coating
A durable, uniform finish applied electrostatically and cured in our in-house oven. Powder produces a harder, more chip-resistant film than most liquid systems and holds its color under Gulf Coast UV without the chalking you get from cheap enamels. Standard colors ship in 3–5 business days; custom color matches available on request.

Rust & paint removal
Corrosion, mill scale, and failed coatings removed without gouging the base metal. We select media based on how aggressive the removal needs to be — a fine glass bead for sheet metal, a coarse coal slag for heavy structural steel, a plastic media for composite or aluminum substrates where even mild abrasives cause damage.

Concrete surface preparation
Concrete that will receive a coating, overlay, or sealer needs a mechanical profile — not just a clean surface. We produce CSP 1 through CSP 9 profiles to match the spec sheet of the system going on top. Dustless blast options available for occupied buildings, food-processing areas, and indoor work where silica containment is a concern.

Automotive restoration
Frame-off stripping, panel cleaning, and component refinishing for classic, custom, and race builds. We work with shop owners and individual collectors — from a single set of wheels to a full tub-on-rotisserie project. Media selection is critical: the wrong abrasive will warp a roof panel in seconds. We match the media to the panel gauge.

Q / 01 Can you match the abrasive to my existing coating spec? +
Yes. If you have an SSPC specification, a paint manufacturer's data sheet, or an existing primer system already on the asset, send it over and we'll match the surface profile and cleanliness grade exactly. We regularly work to Sherwin-Williams, PPG, Carboline, and Tnemec spec sheets.
Q / 02 Do you charge for site assessments? +
No. Anywhere within 150 miles of Houston, the site visit is free. We come out, measure the surface, photograph the job, and produce a written estimate — no obligation, no charge, no follow-up sales call unless you ask for one.
Q / 03 How fast can you mobilize for an emergency? +
For genuine emergencies — coating failures on an operating asset, spill-zone cleanups, unplanned shutdown windows — we can typically have a rig on-site within 8 hours of an approved work order. Call the office directly for emergency dispatch: (713) 674-1414.
Q / 04 What's the smallest job you'll take? +
We have a minimum order charge for shop work that covers setup and cleanup, but within that there's no "too small" threshold for a real job. A single set of wheels, a motorcycle frame, a set of machine guards — all normal requests for us.
Q / 05 Are you insured and can you provide COIs? +
Yes. We carry general liability and umbrella coverage, workers' compensation, and commercial auto for the mobile fleet. Certificates of insurance naming your entity as additional insured are issued within one business day of a request.
